If you not satisfied with the product, you are welcome to log a request for return, exchange or refund if the below terms and conditions are met.
Returns and Exchanges can be logged directly with Desse Fragrances on [email protected] within 7 days of receipt. Should the customer return the product after 7 days of receipt, product will not be accepted.
The product to be returned in its original packaging, and no returns or exchanges will be accepted should the product be deemed purposely damaged or used .
The following needs to be included in the email:
•Reason for return
•Proof of purchase
Please ensure that the returned items are in its original packaging.
Desse Fragrances will only be liable for courier cost should fault be on our side.
Refund; Refund needs to be logged within 3 days of receiving product. Once product is received it will be inspected and you will be notified by email whether a refund will be issued or rejected. Once approved it will take 3-5 working days for the refund to be processed.
Refunds will not be issued on opened or used products.
